  • Homemade Chickpea Hummus

    In a food processor, blend the tahini and the lemon. After about a 1 minute you would get a creamy looking texture.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and  blend. You can add a few tbsp of water to get that smooth consistency. You can always add a bit more water if you feel it’s not smooth enough.

    Select the vegetables/crackers you will serve it with.
