  • Hearty Lentil and Broccoli Soup

    In a pan add florets, onions, peas and ginger, water bring to boil the simmer for 5-10mins  until the broccoli and peas have softened.

    Then in a blender add the mix with the cooked lentils, and blend till soften and ready to eat!
