If simple, functional and flavoursome is what you are after then this dish is the answer. The citrus highlights and compliments the greens perfectly. The kale is a rich source of Vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene which means it is safely converted in the body) and Vitamin C. Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism and Vitamin C increases iron absorption, making this is a great dish to pair with one of our meat or chicken dishes! The magnesium present in kale is an essential mineral for supporting the adrenal gland, which controls the stress hormone cortisol. Some friends really do bring out the best in you.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the cardboard header and submerge the bag completely into boiling water (bag safe to boil). Allow to boil for 6-7 minutes or until heated all the way through. Carefully remove the bag and let it cool. Cut open and serve

Remove the plastic lid and place the oven safe tray into a preheated 180°C/350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove dish from the oven with care. Serve and enjoy

Remove plastic lid and place the tray into the microwave. Heat on a high temperature, stirring halfway, for 3-4 minutes or until heated all the way through.
