Think perfectly cooked salmon that flakes into juicy pieces, marinated in a teriyaki inspired broth and accompanied with tender stem greens. Healthy never tasted so good and the balance of sweet and asian spice is sure to satisfy some of those sugar cravings, without the use of any refined sugar! Salmon is a rich source of protein,omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12, vitamin D and Vitamin B3! The intake of DHA present in salmon contributes to the normal visual development of infants up to 12 months of age. Help your baby see the world as clearly as possible. This dish is a great addition to any healthy diet but particularly beneficial for Mama’s in trimester 3 or breastfeeding.

Cooking Instructions


Remove the cardboard header and submerge the bag completely into boiling water (bag safe to boil). Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes or until heated all the way through. Carefully remove the bag and let it cool. Cut open and serve.


Cut open bag and empty contents into an oven safe dish. Place dish in a preheated 180°C/350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove dish from the oven with care. Serve and enjoy.


Remove the cardboard header and cut a slit in the bag and place it on a microwave safe dish. Place the dish into the microwave. Heat on a high temperature, stirring halfway, for 3-4 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove contents from bag and serve.


Try this with our Chilli Steamed Greens or Quinoa Tabbouleh. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or try serving it with some spiralized vegetables.
