All the flavour and comfort of a curry with the freshness of a fish dish. One of the heartiest of our fish dishes, the lentils add that extra boost of protein. The salmon is a source of DHA, the maternal intake of which contributes to the normal brain development of your unborn baby and breastfed infants. Making this dish great for any stage but particularly good for trimester 2 when your baby’s brain, nervous system and immune system begin their complex development. Fatty acids help to produce collagen which has been said to aid in the prevention of stretch marks, healthy skin starts within. Not your typical salmon dish with a curry twist, this dish is sure to satisfy.

Cooking Instructions


Remove the cardboard header and submerge the bag completely into boiling water (bag safe to boil). Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes or until heated all the way through. Carefully remove the bag and let it cool. Cut open and serve.


Cut open bag and empty contents into an oven safe dish. Place dish in a preheated 180°C/350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove dish from the oven with care. Serve and enjoy.


Remove the cardboard header and cut a slit in the bag and place it on a microwave safe dish. Place the dish into the microwave. Heat on a high temperature, stirring halfway, for 3-4 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove contents from bag and serve.


Try this with our Chilli Steamed Greens, Sweet Potato Mash or Steamed Lemon Kale & Fennel. Serve with Greek yoghurt, cucumber, cilantro and/or lime wedges.
