The comfort of a stew with a fresh and creative twist paired with our feta dumplings and a little chilli kick. A great vegetarian option with protein sources from the cashews and chickpeas. Protein contributes to the growth in muscle mass and to the healthy bone development of your baby. This one is particularly good for those craving lemon or a little tang as it has a bit of a zesty fresh twist.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the cardboard header and submerge the bag completely into boiling water (bag safe to boil). Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes or until heated all the way through. Carefully remove the bag and let it cool. Cut open and serve.

Cut open bag and empty contents into an oven safe dish. Place dish in a preheated 180°C/350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove dish from the oven with care. Serve and enjoy.

Remove the cardboard header and cut a slit in the bag and place it on a microwave safe dish. Place the dish into the microwave. Heat on a high temperature, stirring halfway, for 3-4 minutes or until heated all the way through. Remove contents from bag and serve.

Suggestions

Try this with our Chilli Steamed Greens, Sweet Potato Mash, Cauliflower & Barley Rice with Flaked Almonds or Quinoa Tabbouleh. Serve with Cucumber and Yoghurt.
