This is Middle Eastern home cooking at it’s finest. Naturally sweet and bursting with flavour. Our juicy, slow cooked and tender grass fed lamb is especially high in protein, Vitamin B12, iron and zinc. Vitamins and nutrients all Mums need throughout their pregnancy. A deficiency in iron and Vitamin B12 may lead to anaemia, tiredness and fatigue. Iron from meat or fish improves iron absorption when eaten with other foods containing iron such as the parsley in this dish. Iron, zinc and Vitamin B12 are also needed for healthy immune function, energy production and brain function – especially in the last trimester. This hearty and aromatic dish is a hit with the men in our life, so consider ordering two!
